Members are companies calling us across a portfolio of properties, not a household calling once. If you manage doors, the rate drops and delivery is on us. How membership works →
01 — Delivery
We set it up
We fit the window or sliding-door kit, run the exhaust hose, make sure the outlet can handle it, and show whoever is home how to work it. Twenty minutes, and you don't touch a thing.
02 — While you wait
Keep it as long as the repair takes
No contract, no minimum, and no penalty if the part slips another week. You're billed from the day we drop it off to the day we pick it up. Nothing else.
03 — Pickup
The sooner it's gone, the better
Nobody wants a portable unit parked in the living room a day longer than they have to. Text us when the repair is signed off and we're usually back out the next morning to haul it away.
The fleet
Small and mid-size,
on purpose.
A house waiting on a part doesn't need a commercial chiller. It needs one or two rooms made livable until the real system is back, and that is what we stock. Five units you can book today, and one that needs a phone call.

Property managers & landlords
This happens every summer.
One property has one bad outage a year, but a portfolio has a dozen. Members save $10 to $20 a day on every unit and pay nothing for delivery, which means one week-long rental covers the annual fee.

Questions
What people ask first.
How fast can you get a unit out here?
Most requests inside the Phoenix metro go out the same day. Call before 2pm on a weekday and we're usually on site within a few hours. Evenings and weekends are typically first thing the next morning. Members go out ahead of everyone else from May through September, which is when it actually matters.
Does somebody need to be home?
For the delivery, yes. We fit the window or sliding-door kit, run the exhaust hose, make sure the outlet isn't already carrying a fridge or a space heater, and show whoever is there how to work the thing. About twenty minutes. For pickup we can use a lockbox or a management-company key if the tenant's at work.
What does the unit need to run?
A normal 115V wall outlet and a window or sliding door within about six feet of where it'll sit. Everything we stock runs on household power, so no electrician and no new circuit. The one thing we check is that it isn't sharing an outlet with something that pulls hard on its own, like a refrigerator.
How long can I keep it?
As long as you need. No minimum, no maximum. Most A/C repairs run three to eight days once a part is on order, and that's the window this is built for. If a compressor or a full system replacement stretches into weeks, ask about the weekly and monthly rate.
Is there a deposit?
Not for members. Everyone else leaves a card on file. We authorize it and never charge it unless a unit comes back damaged or doesn't come back at all.
Send us the address.
We'll come back with a delivery window, usually within the hour during business hours. If it's urgent, the phone is faster than the form.
